Dear Friends,
  The ancient Birkat Shalom, the Benediction of Peace, which is still part of Jewish, and Christian, liturgy, is from this week's Torah portion, when Aaron blesses the people.
   Rabbi Max will join the cantor this week at our Shabbat Evening Service (7:30 PM), and speak about the enduring power of words.

   Mark your calendar- we kick off summer outdoor services on the patio next week (6:00 PM), which will feature our bimah band!
