Driving Directions

From the South (& Newark Airport) & West: 
Take the NJ Turnpike North or Route 80 East. Follow signs to I-95 North (towards George Washington Bridge) to local lanes, to Exit 70A-Leonia. Merge onto Fort Lee Road. Continue across railroad tracks, go past Grand Avenue intersection and proceed to next light, which is Broad Avenue. Turn right at Broad Avenue. Go approximately 2 blocks to High Street. Temple is on the corner of Broad Avenue and High Street.

From the George Washington Bridge (& LaGuardia & JFK Airports): Take either the upper or lower level. Follow signs to Route 1-9, 46 West. Go approximately 1/4 mile to the first exit: Main Street/Fort Lee/Leonia (just past the gas station). Go to the stop sign and take a (wide) right onto Main Street (this turns into Fort Lee Road). Proceed down the hill to the 2nd traffic light and make a left onto Broad Avenue. Go approx 2 blocks to High Street. Temple is on the corner of Broad Avenue and High Street.

From the North: Take Palisades Interstate Parkway South to Exit 1 (Palisade Avenue/Englewood Cliffs). Make a right turn off the exit onto Palisade Avenue. Proceed straight and then down the hill to the 4th traffic light and make a left onto Dana Place, which will turn into Broad Avenue. Continue for approximately 2 miles into Leonia. You will cross two lights in Leonia, at Hillside Avenue and at Fort Lee Road. Proceed approx 2 blocks past Fort Lee Road to High Street. The temple is at the corner of Broad Avenue and High Street.

From within Bergen County: Take Route 4 East to the Grand Avenue-Leonia exit. Go right at the exit onto Grand Avenue. Proceed to the second light, which is the intersection of Fort Lee Road. Make a left. At the next light, make a right onto Broad Avenue. Go two blocks and the temple will be on the right, at the corner of High Street.

Parking

On Friday evenings and weekends, and on the holidays of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, you may park in the elementary school parking lot, which is diagonally across Broad Avenue from the temple. Otherwise, street parking only. Please obey local regulations as posted.

From Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City: Take Bus No. 166T toward Turnpike Express Bergenfield to the Broad Avenue at Westview Avenue stop.

From Other Areas in New Jersey: 

Bus No. 166 and 166T stops at Broad Avenue and Westview Avenue, Leonia, traveling South from Cresskill (Merritt Gardens), through Dumont, Bergenfield, Tenafly,  and Englewood, and North from Port Authority Bus Terminal (New York City), Weehawken, West New York, North Bergen, Ridgefield, Palisades Park.
