Dear Friends,

   As I a devotee of all things outer space related I'm not about to let the awe inspiriting first photos from the James Webb Telescope go uncommented upon!

    At our Shabbat Evening Service (7:30 PM) we'll celebrate these most remarkable glimpses into the furthest and earliest reaches of the universe. An under- the -heavens oneg will follow.

   Calendar reminders:
     Friday, Aug. 12- Cantor Karlin will offer remarks at her last Shabbat service with us
     Sunday, Aug.14- our annual Gathering in the Garden and Open House for prospective families (4-6PM)
